Shane's responsibility in the gym consists of System and Procedures, Marketing, Outreach, and Organizational Strategy as well as all the accounting aspects of the gym. Shane has absolutely no history in doing gymnastics and years ago made his daughter cry because he is the only one in the family that could not do a cartwheel.

"I really enjoy this business! I enjoy everything about it. It is so rewarding and satisfying when you see what your business has to offer the community, the families and their children. There are not many businesses that can do what we do. It really is amazing!"

Like others in the gym, gymnastics is pretty much her life. Her husband is the business manager of the gym and both her children, Alex and Taylor, are higher-level competitive gymnast. There is not too much that happens on any given day that does not include either kids or gymnastics. Jaime also home-schools both of her kids!

"I do all that I do because I know what this sport does for the kids. I can't imagine what life would be like without all that we do. Life would be so boring without gymnastics? Wouldn't it?"
